Who is responsible

A SALA Wellness Hub is responsible for the information it receives through bookings and direct contact.

Data we process

  • On this website: your language and booking preferences are stored locally in your browser.
  • When you book through Acuity: your name, contact details, appointment, payment status and any credit or certificate code you use.
  • Technical data may be processed by our hosting and booking providers, such as IP address, browser, device and security logs.

Why we use it

To show availability, manage and confirm bookings, process payments or credits, contact you about your reservation, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Services involved

The site uses Vercel for hosting, Google Fonts for typography, Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) for bookings and Stripe for payment processing. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they process.

How long data is kept

Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear them. Booking and transaction data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, manage disputes and comply with accounting or legal duties.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your personal data, or object to its use. You may also complain to Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD.

A SALA uses local storage for language and booking preferences. The embedded Acuity scheduler and its payment services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for booking, security and payment.
