Our story

Once a neighbourhood restaurant. Today, four spaces for health and wellness professionals.

Number 11 fed the street for years as a regional-cuisine restaurant. We restored the house room by room and kept what made it good: thick white walls, plaster arches, and the light that moves from the patio through the day. Today A SALA rents these spaces by the hour to therapists, instructors and practitioners who want a beautiful place to work without having to own one, in São Bento, right opposite the Portuguese Parliament.

Spaces are available from 08:00 to 23:00, with 15-minute intervals between sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?
