Our story

Once a neighbourhood restaurant. Today, four spaces for health and wellness professionals.

Number 11 fed the street for years as a regional-cuisine restaurant. We restored the space and preserved what it had of best: the thick white walls, the plaster arches and the natural light that comes in from the patio through the day.

Today A SALA is a wellness hub and therapeutic coworking, with several spaces available by the hour or through packs, for therapists, instructors and professionals looking for a beautiful, well-kept and functional place to work.

In the heart of São Bento, one of Lisbon’s most emblematic neighbourhoods, right opposite the Parliament.
